Best Banking App

BOT mobile app is easy to use. It’s easy access banking 24 hours a day. Account balances, transferring funds, pay bills or reviewing your transaction history are at your fingertips. I still enjoy visiting a branch office when I need assistance. BOT’s staff is outstanding. They are prompt friendly and helpful. If you’re a little old fashioned and don’t like text messages over the phone… it’s refreshing to walk in the Main Office or Branch and get answers or assistance with your financial needs. If you like to chat then the Tec Support is great. I have had good experiences with them too!

Glitchy resulting in fees

Breanaaaaaa
The app is fine until it is not. I will attempt a transfer from one account to another and even if it says successful, that is not always the case. This last time, it resulted in me getting an overdraft fee that the bank refuses to refund, even though I made the transfer, but the system glitched and did not successfully make.

I think having an application for easy transfer is huge. I still can not find out how to transfer money from my checking account to savings account. Also, This bank needs to tie their credit card to the application for easy pay off. I think the best program I ever used was US Bank and Bank of America. I think the application has tremendous potential, but just needs some major tweaking. I will give a two star rating because the ease of money transfer from one account to the next is very big for customer service. Dr Shelby
