Worst banking app I’ve ever used
First - lt does have landscape for IPad...that’s just the beginning.
Second - repeatedly ask for security codes that it can’t verify, but are correct.
Third- will lock you out in a heartbeat if you don’t get it right.
Fourth- when calling to get online help to unlocked because it couldn’t verify security answers, which were correct, help person confirmed that this is not an unusual problem.
Fifth- Will not let me deposit a check front and back, when in the business account or personal account in the business app. I I Get a message that I have not been approved or certified to do this function. Later found out the business app doesn’t do this only the personal app.
Sixth, and I could go on, the most “unfriendly” bank app I’ve ever seen and being in business I’ve seen quite a few.
Great bank terrible, terrible app. Inside the app it looks more like a cheap website rather than a Bank website. The bank keeps promising app improvements that never have come. The bank should be embarrassed to have such a poor app for customers. I don’t know how much of this is web design or app design. Both leave a lot to be desired.

Barely functioning, but it mostly works
Many small banks use Fiserv, Inc. to handle their portals and apps. Bank OZK uses them for all of their business accounts. This app is no different than any other Fiserv product, it technically works but even then it’s slow, glitchy, and sometimes doesn’t work. I honestly don’t know how Fiserv, Inc is still in business but they keep growing and more banks keep using them in spite of the barely functioning products they make - portals and apps that basically set the low bar of the entire industry in terms of customer experience.
(You’d think someone at Fiserv could try using almost any other banking app from any other company and just try to emulate them?)
However, I guess if banks keep giving them business and they aren’t forced to improve, why would you.
One star because FaceID STILL DOESNT WORK!
I enabled the biometric login function when the app was redesigned last year and Face ID STILL doesn’t work on my iPhone X. Same with the bank’s personal banking app. Then I look at past reviews and see that this problem has been going on for at least three years. It can’t be that difficult to fix. Customer service is unhelpful. They only “note” the issue, tell me they will send the problem to the appropriate department, and then I never hear back from anyone. I’ve given up calling. PLEASE FINALLY FIX THIS PROBLEM!
