You can request a Bank Confirmation Letter directly from the app. How: Tap your account > Account Settings > Send Bank Confirmation letter.
We're also thrilled to announce payments to South African participating banks.
Finally, we've made some enhancements to the app's security features, that's why we've limited the number of profiles that can be linked to one device.

My bank Windhoek app doesn’t go through what can I do is it a bad network issue or something else I’m just experiencing this today pls help
