I don’t seems to understand these app.i created an account then trying to link my bank bvn to it but it not working and now I can’t get access into app.I don’t even see any customer care line to call,need a feedback

It is a bad app I just open the app today and I sent 10k first I saw the alert I saw 94k next since 5pm in the evening till now in the morning I never see the alert
I don’t like the bank it a bad experience in the first day
