Producer Notes: Producers can add notes to each lead, separate from the chat feature. Bountylytics Enhancements: Adds My Book section to analytics. Resolves data inconsistencies. Integrates producers into the leadgen dashboard. Custom Fields: Admin have the ability to create (as many) Custom fields per account for producers to input more data about the lead. Lead Editing: Enables admins and producers to edit lead details. Push Notification Improvements: Enhances notification delivery and reliability. Admin Messaging: Allows admins to send messages to users within the platform. Lead Flagging: Producers can flag leads and send messages to admins for specific issues. Lead Reassignment: Producers can reassign leads to other producers within BankerBounty. MFA for Local Admins: Extends MFA to admin logins for added security. Force Update: Ensures users update to the latest, stable version of the BankerBounty app.

A "Remind" button for lead generators to send automated follow-ups to producers. An "In Progress" filter added to the submitted leads list for easier navigation. App version information now displayed under the logout button within the app. Enhanced date and time stamps in the chat feature for improved clarity. Updated functionality in the New Lead tab, allowing users to click anywhere inside the gray box to add notes about their lead. Various UI/UX improvements aimed at optimizing usability across the app.

In this update, we have added new user interface improvements to streamline the entire process! This includes improvements in navigation and messaging.

1) You can group your employees into branches so that leadgens can make sure leads get to the producers at the branch closest to where the lead lives or works or is most likely to bank. They can still click "First Available" if they don't know which branch would be best. 2) You can group your Account Types into categories to make it easier to give out Banker Bounty Buck rewards in smaller (or larger) increments. For example, you can decide to split up deposit accounts into ranges $10K-$20K gets $25 BBBs, $20K-$30K gets $35 BBBs, but these will all belong to the Deposit Account category. The leadgen will only see the category (Deposit) since it is unlikely that the leadgen would know how much money the prospect is likely to use to open the account.
