I live the app but sometimes it doesn’t update as quickly as I would like. Otherwise I would love it. Keep up the good work.
Good app; strange numbers sometimes
The app has been really handy! I appreciate being able to log in via fingerprint. The only issue I’ve had is that it can be difficult to discern, sometimes, what the true balance of the accounts are due to the way certain payments have delayed processing times. You’d think everything would basically be real-time with electronic management. Don’t think this is an issue with BankFirst, just the industry in general.
Mobile Deposit is JUNK
The mobile deposit feature of this app is junk. BF needs to hit the reset button and start over with completely new mobile deposit software. Either the picture is to dark/bright, the deposit is in review, the app freezing up in the middle of a mobile deposit, etc. etc. etc.
While y’all are at it and rewriting this software, please add a feature that shows the picture of the check on the monthly statements or at least allow a memo section to describe who the check is from, you know, to make things easier for reconciliation purposes....
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
