Ratings and Reviews
Have used this app for over a year. About once a month it fails to connect to my account even though no changes have been made. Have to delete and reload the app and then go through the whole verification process again to get it to work. Customer service was no help the first time it happened and took them two days before they got back with me. By that time I had already deleted the app myself.

Great app, great bank!
I love the convenience of this app. I can do everything on this app including paying my bills. I have two kids in college who both have accounts with us. It’s so easy for me to transfer money to them when I get a text saying “I need money”. I travel a lot for business and love being able to bank from
my phone. And everyone at the bank is so friendly.
Far too many errors
Echoing others - at least once a month, the app doesn’t work and I just have to wait. It usually works by the next day but it’s highly frustrating when I need to check my accounts. Yes, I can call my bank but that’s why I have this app. Like today, it has not worked at all today and tells me to try again later. Well, it’s been about 10 hours and is still not working. *update - I just upgraded my phone and am reading it’s not compatible with my phone and is giving me error 1230. Awesome.
