Manage your healthcare simply and easily, in one place, with Baptist Health’s MyHealth app. The MyHealth app gives you the ability to manage your health on the go with useful, easy-to-use tools. View and manage your medical information in MyChart, find a Baptist Health provider, check-in online at a Baptist Health Urgent Care, or find a Baptist Health location near you.
MyHealth brings Baptist Health resources together to allow you to easily access:
MyChart
• Send messages to your provider and get answers to your medical questions.
• View your test and lab results.
• See information about a visit with your provider.
• Request a prescription refill.
• Begin a Baptist Health Urgent Care video visit or a scheduled video visit with your provider.
• Notify your provider’s office that you’ve arrived for an appointment.
Providers and Urgent Care
• Search for physicians and other providers by ZIP code, name or specialty.
• Find a Baptist Health Urgent Care location near you or search by ZIP code.
• Save your spot in line at an Urgent Care location by checking in online.
• View a providers’ phone number and office location.
• Book Baptist Health Virtual Care appointments.

Review
The staff at Jason Rusts office, is so great. They have helped me a lot with my broken bones. I would definitely refer anyone to them. Great doctors and staff. They genuinely care about their patients and I’m so blessed they have taken care of me so good throughout my ordeal with breaking my T4 and some other fractures. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor family.
Ok but broken functionality
I have the latest version of iOS on my phone when I try to enable always on location track for appointment arrivals the option is unavailable in settings and have been unable to find a work around that the app will accept. Also trying to enter credit card information to pay copays is broken. It will not allow me to enter expiration or ccv. Makes some of the main functions of the app unusable. Highly disappointed with it. But it tracks all of my medical appointments and notes so at least that works. How well is still up in the air.

Thank you for your feedback! We've released two new versions of the MyHealth app which should provide a fix to some of the issues above so please be sure to update to the current version of MyHealth.
Apple Watch Issues
So far the apps been great, easy to use and navigate, no complaints. My only issue is that it shows its compatible with apple watches on the app but it seems that isn't so. It gives you an option to link your watch if it's running watch OS 7 or later and on a series 3 or later device. I have both yet it says it's not compatible? Just confused as to why and how to fix it. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback! We are currently looking at making the MyHealth app compatible with Apple watches, but at this time the MyHealth app isn't compatible with an Apple watch.
