Half the the items are out of stock!! Also, many popular items cannot be found in the app!!I thought I could depend on it during the pandemic. I guess I will have to go to the supermarket and buy whats missing.3 stars for easy use and delivery on time.

App works well, but the timeliness of this company is AWFUL. You select a two hour window for delivery to be done, and that’s when it’s supposed to be dropped off. Of the ten or so times I’ve ordered, ONE has been delivered in the two hour window. It’s always an hour or so late. Ridiculous. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll select a time window two hours before I’m planning on it being dropped off. Notoriously late. Completely unprofessional. Two stars just bc it’s delivery and the food is worthwhile.Also, they waste an insane amount of plastic/styrofoam on their produce.

The application is easy to use, well organized, and the prices are same as the one available in the original markets

I used the app for quite sometime. The orders used to be delivered on time and with accurate types and quantities. Lately the level of service went down. Orders are delivered late, items are incorrect and there are some missing items. The only way to contact is live chat with working hours shorter than the delivery times leaving the customers without any method to contact them in case there is an issue.
