It would be more convenient to have time frame windows for pickup. Perhaps, a customer can choose their pickup time based on 15 min intervals. Until then, I have to wait until the exact right time to order, have my food ready and back to work. Thanks.

My family loves Barbaritos and while it seems like using the app would be super convenient, this app needs work! We would probably order from this restaurant more often but we really dislike using the app. When I order, I’m not given the option to choose the location and several times it has almost placed an order several states away. When I finally was able to choose the location I wanted, it did not save my order and I had to redo it entirely. (This has happened multiple times) It also does not keep a record of my past orders. Barbaritos has great food, friendly employees, but an app that makes ordering frustrating.

Ordered a (normal-size) steak burrito with lettuce, cheese, black beans, rice, salsa, corn salsa, onion, bell pepper and chipotle ranch. Got home, cut burrito in half (already suspicious because burrito is SO small 🤔). Contains literally just steak, rice, lettuce, and cheese. The kids’ burrito I also ordered is literally bigger 😑 won’t be ordering via this app again. Trying to do our part to socially distance and support businesses in the current climate, but this was 100% a disincentive. Have been ordering via chipotle app over the past few weeks, have not had this issue (and was less expensive); will be giving them our business going forward.
