Missing the mark
The time people need to quickly wirelessly contact their power company is not to perform routine account administration. It is when power fails. This app would be much more useful if it included a map of power outages (the one on the website is unreadable on a mobile device), especially without requiring the account number from a past bill to do so.
App would be useful if it listed outages and send alerts for the area you live in. I signed up for the text alerts but never get any when my power is out.
