Getting very fed up with their system

I have a year subscription to Superchewer, and the first couple months we’re good. A few toys would not last for my Rottweiler, and there are a few that do. The thing I am most upset about is the shipping of the box. They charge me every month by the 5th and I don’t even receive it until my next payment comes out. In the mean time I have to go buy my pup many toys and treats because he goes through them quickly. If you cant send out packages until the end of the month then DONT charge at the beginning! It is getting old. I had a friend order from you guys and they got it in less than a week. Trying to make it seem like you guys are on top of it, which it’s not the case. I’ve already gotten an email that states one of the toys needs to be thrown away due to safety. So that means I have to wait 2 months for a new one. Ridiculous!!!

I’m no longer a subscriber ( bc my dogs tear things up )

My son gave me a sweet 1 year subscription for Xmas a few years back & we loved it! I’ve never experienced anything from this company other than the absolute fastest and best customer service!! They would replace toys my dog chewed up both my large ones would rip each speaker or music box or stuffing out ! It easy that these were not made well , I have “aggressive chewers” also bc they collaborated w target I could easily order online and see in person which would work etc for my dogs ( I have 3 )
I just have had such great experiences ( I’ve joined up twice! ) w these people I could not go by without seeing how anyone could have trouble w them ?! The review I read didn’t make sense bc thres guy’s always contacted me within one day and replaced or offered me more ! One time they mailed me a box just because !
I love the people that work here , I wear my bark box tennis shoes ( no longer available sadly ) every day !
When I inquired how to get a new pair ( can’t ) the girl sent me a free tote ! I mean, I just wanted something they didn’t have and they tested me above and beyond !
I still order my favorite toys online!

Existing Customers Don’t Receive 4/20 Themed Boxes Unless They Purchase Them Separately As Add-Ons!

Samson's box was just delivered and I have to say that I'm highly disappointed. This is now the 2nd year in a row that he's received a completely lame theme for his April box instead a 4/20 themed box! I signed him up last April because of the promotion for a 4/20 themed box which I never received, but kept his subscription in hopes that he'd get one this year seeing as how they’re just handing them out to new customers. So now, I have to pay for the 4/20 themed “add-ons” so that he can get one next month. I think it's absolutely INSANE that now, not only am I going to be charged $27 for his BarkBox. But I'm also going to have to pay $54 in "add-ons” just so he can have a 4/20 themed box. Especially after I reached out last month requesting one. It's really upsetting to see that new customers get boxes that existing customers have been wanting since they signed up. I've seen several posts and forum feeds stating the same thing, we should also get a 4/20 themed box in April. Not just the noobies! That being said, as much as he loves it and as upsetting as it is, after he gets his box next month I'll be canceling our subscription.
