Heart-rate readings older than 14 days are removed while daily and sleep summaries are kept. Existing storage shrinks the first time you open the update. Heart-rate sync processes more readings at a time and resumes where it stopped. General fixes.

Today's steps and totals now update without manually refreshing Google Health. Yesterday's step total no longer appears as today's. Stress opens its 6-hour view on your latest readings. General fixes.

Redesigned the trend charts. Fixed steps and Active Zone Minutes counting so activity is not double counted. Fitness age now factors in strength training, not just cardio. Lower battery use.
