This app has been designed to inform you of the support we offer at Team 16+ (Gwynedd Council).

We want the best for every child, in and out of care. We know that this is an unique and important stage in your life and that it is our responsibility to ensure that the support is available to you.

In order to give you the best opportunity to reach your potential, setting a smooth path ahead is essential. We have designed this app with people who see and experience this situation every day to ensure that we offer exactly what you need.
