Very Bad and many has many issues
This app is extremely slow, and transfers are significantly delayed despite their claims of processing times between one to three business days. In reality, transfers can take more than a week, and you often need to submit a support ticket or complaint just to receive your bank or cash transfers. We do not recommend using this service.

Worst customer service
The live customer support chat doesn’t work properly and closes the chat, nobody answers the phone I called multiple times throughout the week and different times. This is infuriating I was refunded a purchase on Jan 11 and I haven’t received it in my account yet and no one from barq is willing to help
