No UI Yet?
I use Fyde on my Iphone and are amazing App, but I recently install Fyde on my Macbook, but it doesn't have UI to see settings and utilities like a mobile app, just a question, ¿fyde are working on that?, I really love this app so much

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are glad you like Fyde 🙂Currently, the Mac app performs much like its iOS version, blocking of phishing, malicious and scammer sites as well as tracker and ads servers. However, we have not yet shipped the full-fledged UI for it yet. It is under development.
How is this app updated?
When you get a notification that there us an update, the update process continuously fails, presumably because Fyde is running. Why can't your updater stop the process and update the program, like many others do. At least provide a convenient way to stop the app from within the app.

Hello 👋 thank you for communicating your concern to us. As an Mac App Store distributed app we don’t ship a separate updater and rely on MacOS for the updates. You can always quit Fyde with Command+Q or going to Fyde -> Settings -> Quit. MacOS might need VPN apps to shutdown before updating, this is a requirement we do not control or could alter. Hope this helps.
