Ratings and Reviews
App makes me crazy
You find the recipe you want and click the button to add to my bar. Never works. I have to screenshot it and add it manually. Then it may or may not be available the next time I use the app. I’ve had to delete the app and add it back to get it to work. So buggy. Get the app fixed and you will have a 5 star product.
Useless Brick
Received the coaster 2.0 as a gift and was hoping to enjoy a cocktail with dinner. I am unable to register my account and am receiving a 429 error indicating there needs to be a connection to backend servers for this to work. No other section of the app will allow me to connect to the coaster until a connection to the cloud is established. Totally an assumption on my part but if their servers can't support the customer volume on Christmas, why think it could handle NYE or any busy weekend?! And if the company goes under, this will be a useless piece of tech junk.
Bottom 5 apps all-time
I purchased this product during the pandemic,and it has been in the box since. Initial unit was faulty only to find the app is way worse than the faulty hardware. Circling back a few years later, new LOOK in the app…. But somehow the performance of the app is waayyyy worse. We need 0 stars for products and apps like this. No redeeming at this point. And trust me I wanted to be a fan of this product so bad. Great idea, bad implementation. TIS ALL
