HOW DOES IT WORK?
-Schedule your lab draw appointment: you’ll schedule an in-person lab draw appointment at a Base Healthcare certified lab near you. A comprehensive blood test will be conducted to measure key biometrics, such as testosterone, Metabolic Panel, PSA and more.

-Talk to a certified-clinician: Before you meet with your clinician, all members are required to complete a digital biometric body scan, which will provide your clinician with real-time data, like body composition and health risks. When your lab results are ready, a certified clinician will meet with you to have an in-depth conversation about your lab results, intake questionnaire, and any symptoms you may be experiencing. Your clinician will then determine whether you are an ideal candidate for treatment.

-Free Prescrription Delivery: Once approved for treatment, your prescription will be shipped directly to your door. A signature is required for delivery.

-Ongoing Treatment Monitoring & Management: As a Base Healthcare member, you’ll have occasional check-ins with a certified clinician and routine lab draws (every 3, 6, and 12 months) to ensure treatment is working properly and you’re feeling like your best self.
