Extremely user friendly and in my opinion is one of the best batch image editing tools available.
Batch Exif Editor allows you to view, modify and remove the Exif data of hundreds of photos in single click.
You can also change the location of picture to anywhere. In this case, Photo Exif Editor acts as Photo location changer, GPS photo viewer, Photo place editor or Photo date-time changer.
Or to remove/strip all Exif tags inside the photos. In this case, Photo Exif Editor acts as Exif remover, or Photo data stripper.

Good with One Exception
Generally does what you'd like it to do, not perfectly, but not bad. Would love it to be able to replace dates in one field with another.
For example, the creation date is the date the file was created, not the date the picture was taken. Some tools only operate on the create date, which is a problem. Would be nice to replace the creation date with the modification date, or any other date.
Otherwise handy, just not awesome.
Exactly what I needed
Easy way to correct a big batch of photos taken in the wrong time zone.
We've all forgotten to set the date or time incorrectly on our cameras. Fly across a time zone, forget about daylight savings, and suddenly a whole batch of sunset photos are tagged at 9PM somehow.
This program allowed me to pick whole folders full of photos from my vacation, updated every EXIF date by -3 hours, and save them without further JPEG compression to a new folder. Elegant, fast, effective. Very glad i found this batch editor.
A few bugs
Works okay but does not seem to remove all exif data fromthe image, also i am unable to move the GPS pin
