Love the monsters!

I played this game back when it first came out, so it's awesome that it's available now on the iPhone and iPad. There are two different control schemes and neither one is ideal in my opinion, but I always had trouble with the controls in the original game. You can tilt to move and tap the screen to fire or you can use a more sophisticated gesture control method for both moving and firing. I can't figure out how to aim when using the tilt controls and in general the monsters always feel like your driving a RC car with a partially busted remote control, but the zany fat bit pixel style monsters destroying a city keeps it's charm enough to earn four stars in my book. This is honestly one of the last games I thought I would see in the app store.

Awful Controls

The controls are terrible. There is no way to go forwards. You need to have some kind of virtual button system. Otherwise, this game is unplayable garbage.

An old, obscure favorite

Still great, though the lack of the map irks me a bit. The help screen seems to mention a settings screen, but I can't find it. Also, this would be helped by the option to invert your monster's head movements.

I still don't understand why The Vapor takes damage from shrapnel, seeing ad it has to stand right on top of a building to destroy it.
