Plan panels, track cloth, and follow every sail from lofted to sewn, one loft at a time. Panels get marked. Cloth gets cut. Sails get sewn. Battenline follows that path through the loft, from first measurement to finished seam. Open the Loft dashboard and see the shop at a glance: total panels tracked, panels marked, panels sewn, average luff length. One screen, the whole week’s work. Move to Projects to find the job. A mainsail for a sloop. A jib for a racer. An awning for a patio. A shade triangle for a schoolyard. Each carries a status: Lofted, Measured, or Sewn. Search by name, filter by type, and add a new project when another order comes in. Check Cloth before cutting starts. Dacron on one roll, Sunbrella on another, laminate waiting in the corner. Remaining yardage sits beside each roll so nobody cuts into next week’s material. Panels hold the detail work. Every panel shows its size and status: Marked, Cut, or Sewn. Filter by status when three panels need sewing before lunch. Tools carries the math that used to live on a scrap of paper taped to the table. Panel area with seam allowance. Reef height as a percentage of luff. Roll yield, so you know how many panels remain on that half roll of Sunbrella. Reference notes on lofting, cloth use, and hardware details like reef marks sit right there. Built for the loft floor, not the office desk. Orange marks every add button so a busy hand finds it fast.
