Very Good App

Great for both commercial and residential. It’s a good idea to call the listing agent to confirm the property is still available because sometimes the listing might be a bit outdated. Otherwise the app is pretty comprehensive and goes beyond just descriptions and provides trend analysis on specific areas. We find it quite useful.

Agents don’t reply

It is a good app to find properties but I have discovered a pattern within the agents who are listed in this app, they will answer you the first time and get your info and then stop answering you from then on! Every single agents I have contacted through Bayut have done the same exact behavior with me! I have been looking for an apartment to rent for the past two weeks and I was going no where with Bayut. I had to find and go to different buildings and sales offices of many developers to find a decent place to rent. I am very disappointed with this app and the agents that they claim to be professional.

All properties advertised on Bayut are uploaded directly by our partnering real estate agencies and all agents are employed by those agencies and not by Bayut, however, we take a lot of pride in customer service and satisfaction and expect nothing less from our partners either. Please send us an email to support@bayut.com with the details of the listings and agents, and our team will take appropriate measures to rectify this issue. Alternatively, you can also leave reviews for the agents from the listing page which will be shared with the relevant agencies and agents.

Lots of fake listings

We’ve been trying to rent a property using this company with no luck, so far we have used their agent contact form for about 300 properties and gotten 2 replies and one was asking for more than the listing price for rent and the other property was not available for the next 3 months. So about 95% of what’s listed there is fake and or non-existent + when you report the property to Bayut they got back to us 78 days later with a nice email that we investigated whine the same priorities are still up on there site/app. Suggestion: don’t bother using this company if you’re actually looking for a property.
