Crashing

App keeps crashing and saying “An error has occurred”

***Update***

App has significantly improved since update. It even allows audio playback in the background if you close the app. There was a problem where you couldn’t delete your saved audio/video files but that was also taken care of. Some minor adjustments would make the app even better, but over all the app has really improved

I first would like to say that Br. Nouman has a gift Masha’Allah. He’s been blessed with the ability to give us the Quran in a way I have never experienced in my life. Through his explanations I have gained a deeper appreciation and love for the Quran and its message. If you’re looking for that connection to the Quran then look no further, download this app and get a subscription. Because trust me this is where it’s at!

That being said... I gave this app a five star because I absolutely love it content, however it is lacking in a few ways that hope they will update soon. I want to be able to listen to this app while my phone is off, I can only do that if I download the sound clips. Otherwise once my screen shuts down so does the sound. The other thing is that it won’t play through my cars Bluetooth anymore. Which is disappointing because I drive a lot and the only way I can listen to this is through headphones, which isn’t always very convenient.

Lastly I’d like to give a sincere Jazakum Allahu Khair to Br. Nouman and his staff for making this app and compiling this power bank of a resource, the world is better off for it. I pray Allah continues to bless them and their families. Ameen.

CHARGED $254 for no reason!!!! Pls help!

Salam. I bought a monthly subscription for myself on November 24th and I liked it so much that I wanted to gift it to a friend. I was charged $119 for a gift subscription that the person didn’t receive. Then They made an account for themselves and I tried to make a purchase for them using my card and their login information and I was charged for 1 month membership and then for 1 year membership, Both of which did NOT work. Now I have $252 posted to my account without any of the subscriptions. I had a lot of hopes for this course and I wanted to help spread the knowledge and now I’m in a situation where I’m stuck and unable to get assistance even thought I tired a few times. Please help. I didn’t want to make this matter public or give a bad review but I tried using your help section on the app but it keeps telling me what I entered is invalid. I wanted this to be a lifelong journey of learning and bettering myself but now i feel like I’ve been cheated.
