BCBSND.me is available exclusively to individuals and their dependents who have access to Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® of North Dakota through their employee benefits program. Features vary depending on your employer’s offerings.
Not sure if your employer offers BCBSND.me? Ask your employer’s Human Resources department.
Note: BCBSND.me supports major activity trackers including Apple Health, Fitbit, and Garmin — so you can easily sync your activities.

Potential but not good yet
Hopefully this will be a very helpful app (and website) in the future, but right now it’s one of the worst I’ve used as far as glitches and speed. Anywhere I try to go on the app or website takes FOREVER, and often when it DOES go somewhere, there’s an error or it kicks me back to the login screen. Very frustrating at this point (considering they say you can still use the old site but there’s an error when you try) but I still have it 3 stars right now for potential.

So much potential wasted
This app has so much potential but of course BCBS ND still can’t get it right. Claims take 4 weeks to show up in the app. So I can get a paper EOB quicker than on this app. You can’t view your actual insurance card(front and back) or order a new one. And of course anything Dental or pharmacy you are directed to a completely different website. Every other provider can seem to make a decent app. It’s 2025. Make it make sense!

Forced compliance
What are my goals for this app? Pay my claims and stay in your lane. If I wanted help with strength training or any other aspect of my health, I would find a trainer, an obesity management specialist, or another professional who is not an insurance company. You can’t pass the entry screen without choosing a “goal.” None of these are my goal for this company. Just pay my claims.
