Always getting better

BDCU has always been far above any financial institution in Nevada. Bank or Credit Union- they are constantly striving to add additional technology and benefits for members. So many great new features on the APP. I use it multiple times per day.

BDCU app has a problem.

Fix the app you created. There is no reason why I, as the customer can’t access my account with your lame excuse message that says Attention: We are unable to validate your information. Please try again or check that your login credentials are set up correctly in online banking. Please contact us if problems continue. You are not open 24/7. So how is the customer supposed to contact you when you’re not open?

I should be aloud to check my account when I want and when ever I want. This happens way too often and needs to be fixed. You need a better reason than the message at the top.

Why inform the customer with Attention: We are unable to have you access your account at the time, do to high maintenance. Please come back and check back later in (x amount of time) Thank you for your cooperation.

Instead you’re just wasting my time for no reason at all. I’d appreciate if this was not a problem and this will be resolved soon. I should not have to be strict of when I, as the customer can check my account.

Poor Banking App

I’ve had several Credit Unions over the last few years, but always been a BDCU member; however, this app is very outdated. Why do we have to put in a passcode to make a transfer if I’ve already logged in? Half the time the app gives me an error and says call the CU. All the other CU apps I’ve used have been up to date with easy to use features, but this app just doesn’t cut it. Too bad the CU won’t spend money to give us an app that is functional, has easy to use features, and is reliable and user friendly.
