Be a Bartender‪!‬ 17+

This app is fantastic. The thing that would make it perfect is if you had an audio option. What I mean is having the image above their head is great but it’s unrealistic. Also some of the drinks look quite similar so I find myself having to check fairly often exactly which is which. Now although this isn’t a PROBLEM per se, it not only would increase efficiency if the customers actually shouted out their orders but you could actually get rid of the images entirely and help people actually hone their skills for a more difficult and realistic experience. Like the hardest mode would be no image just yelling out the order once (and perhaps you could tap them to have them repeat it) then a medium difficulty would be just the image as the game is now, and then an easy mode would be both audio and visual cues from the customers. Another difficulty increasing thing would be making the timer go down while you check a drink recipe OR not even being allowed to check the drink recipe at all. Great job with the app either way though because I’m learning and memorizing things without trying and I love it! Everybody well done!

I’m a bartender and I like this game to keep my reaction time sharp as well as keep recipes in the forefront of my mind - let’s face it - drinks like Passion Fruit Martinis are not ordered often enough for the bartender to remember the recipe off the top of her head. This app is great for that if you play it everyday. I do have one complaint though: you are unable to select more than one ingredient at a time. For example: a margarita is garnished with salt and lime but when you select the garnishes it will only let you pick one, then the garnishes close out so that you have to tap the garnishes again to get the other garnish and it takes precious seconds to do that. In real life, I’m grabbing all my garnishes at the same time and putting them on the drink at the same time. It’s the same with drinks that require more than one mixer as well but I understand that a lot of times you can’t pour more than one mixer at a time so I’m willing to deal with the mixer/juices button closing out while the mixer is being poured. I hope this makes sense. Other than that, it’s well worth the download.

So far since I have downloaded it I feel like I am at work, which is great. It gets you to have quick thinking and honestly it’s a breeze once you start to get familiar with it. It does and can become challenging though, do not let me fool you in that. Going to play a few rounds before bed, it’s that addicting!

I find it great and actually has helped me at work.
Great app. Best one so far because it’s a similar setting besides the angry walk always! But I guess that can be any work environment in many ways.
