I like it! It’s simple, no distractions. Just five simple things to keep in mind during the day and it gets checked off. I love it, I just only wish ONEEEE thing. I’d like notifications (I cannot stand notifications normally) to remind me that this app is downloaded onto my phone. Occasionally I remember to look at it at the end of the day and then I kick myself bc I could have been doing these challenges today.
Anyways, I love the simplicity of it and I only want one thing to change which would be the addition of sparse notifications.

This app is my way out of the infinite scrolling on social media. I simply open it up and do the challenges that I can to feel better and productive each day. Be mindful, Be better!
