Honest Driver
This afternoon my wife lost her IPhone in Be car in a trip from Bàu Cát 1 to Ngô Quyền. We thought the phone would be lost forever but about half and hour later the driver came back to return the phone. He even refused to accept the reward from my wife.
It’s good to know there are still some good people out there making an honest living. Thank you for your service.

Need to be improved
Customer service and the app is great.. I think be needs to be confirming with restaurants with their hours . I placed 5 orders since I downloaded the app. 2 of them was a fantastic experience. But the remaining 3…. Driver called me when they arrived at the restaurant seeing it “closed” and I had go call bé to cancel since the restaurant accepted my order and I can’t cancel it on the app myself. Be really needs to improve because it’s a waste of my time and the drivers time to drive there finding out it’s closed. One of the 3 was permanently closed .. be you really need to step up your game i love your service more than grab but I never had to experience this with grab..

Provide the option to turn off promotion notification
The service is good. But stop sending me promotional notifications 3 times a day. Very annoying and frustrating for end users with the constant bombardment of ads every-single-day-365-a-year. The app doesn’t allow a hard notification turn off either as I cannot book a ride.
Would be great if you provide the option to turn off promotion like Grab. I am a gold user and don’t interested in your promotional service. Plus, it is 2022 already, stop of with invasive advertising. No more 2000 dotcom era advertising practices.
