I started loosing my hair in sept 2023 and was looking on line for some advice and seen a live on TIC TOK Sarah was live on the BEACHWAVERS page. And I sent a Comment on how do I get my hair to start growing back in healthy and reduced the fallout? She said to use the bring balance oil on my scalp with the scalp massager and us the stay strong before I wash my hair. I started to see less and less fall out and my hair is finally growing back and looks so healthy. I use there Co. wash, bring balance oil, second chance dry shampoo, lux leave in, inner strength, me and my curls, dream big on days I want more volume, Team Texture, thanks to these products I can say my hair is the best it has looked since I was a young girl. I love every single thing that I have bought from Beachwaver! From the high quality hair tools to the very best hair treatments… even a style “idiot” like myself can make my hair look acceptable, if not glorious, with easy to use products. I used to HATE getting ready to leave my home because of my lack of talent for ANYTHING that I had to do to look like more than a undead French poodle that looked like I had stuck a fork in a light socket! Definitely suggest this company to anyone who has “challenges” to make themselves look presentable before they leave the house. I’ve spent a pretty penny with this company and have loved everything I have received. Definitely a MUST BUY!!!

I love Beachwaver I bought myself and my daughters’ the Beachwaver last year for Christmas and my 16 & 12 year old can both curl their own hair so easily! They love the Beachwaver it’s their go to and mine! We all three have really long hair and our hair stays curled all day! With the heat protection and the braid balm I can’t say enough I just love the products and everyone is always asking were I got all my products (before it was sold at Target) because my kids do sports and their hair has to be braided, pony, or a bun! So braid balm helped a lot with that and keeping it smooth!! I love the smells also of ALL the products!!THANKYOU for making the Beachwaver and the best products ever!!!

I fell in love with this company. I love their products. It’s absolutely amazing. I bought my first one last year, I did not like the first one I bought, but it worked great but I end up buying the S 75 and I absolutely love it. It is perfect. How holds my curls and a lot better than the first one I bought and it is absolutely hands-down. The greatest thing I bought, I will keep continuing buying their products. I love their curl spray. I love their other products and their hair clips. I am so glad they created something like this and it is genuinely amazing.

I love the convenience of the app and I definitely am loving their products! My only complaint is that if I click on a link in a text they’ve sent me it will pull the web browser versus the app. Which would be fine if the app and browser worked simultaneously. They don’t link up and I have to start over in the app. Otherwise, I love how convenient and easy it is to navigate and I haven’t had any technical errors since I started using this app.

They do not accept returns as you would expect. They give you 4 reasons to chose from. The only one I qualified for in their opinion was the under warranty return. Like if it won’t turn on and that sort of reason.My reason for return was that my hair is thin and it kept tangling when the spinner was turned on. So I wasn’t getting the Eduardo I was looking for. I wasn’t blaming the product itself. It just won’t work for my personal hair needs. I was not eligible even for a “store” credit or any kind of credit. So be careful, if it just doesn’t suit your needs, you won’t get a refund or credit of any kind. 😣
