App update lost my issues
I have several years of issues that I have purchased through the APP. I have tried more times than I can count to get them to restore. I have deleted the app and reloaded it and have even sent an email to be told to keep trying. WAs told that depending on the time of day it may take a number of tries to restore. I have had issues with this app for many many months and this just adds to the frustration.
App Crashes within seconds
I love Beadwork magazine, but would love it more if the app wouldn't keep crashing while I try to read it. I cannot get past the second page before it crashes. I keep hoping that each new update will resolve this issue.
This is an ongoing problem that does not seem to have a solution, but is getting worse. Please let 2019 be the year that this problem is resolved.
All of my issues are gone
I had many issues I had purchased here in this app and they disappeared. I was in the middle of a project and it just went away. I have tried to restore purchases 20 times in the last week. I have sent 3 emails and no reply.
