The beams Mac Menu Bar App gently guides you through your day from the top of your screen. beams creates magical moments that make your workdays so much better.
It’s integrated with Google Calendar, Slack and Gmail and improves your most frequent workflows:

Calendar:
- See your daily schedule (from multiple calendars), incl. meetings and focus blockers on top of your screen.
- When you have a meeting coming up with a single click or shortcut you are in.
- Alternatively, click auto-join and the meeting window will open the second the meeting starts.
- When you’re running late, inform meeting participants with one click vial email.
- When you have an unread email from the person you’re about to meet, or when the meeting description was changed recently, we’ll make sure you see it before you join the call.

Focus:
- When you have a task to work on, we beam you into focus mode where distractions are cut out.
- It puts your Mac into Focus mode where all notifications are snoozed
- With our Calendar and Slack integrations your colleagues will know that you’re focussing right now.
- Auto-updates your Slack status, so that your colleagues will know that your focussing. You can even share what your working on.
- Creates an automatic calendar blocker, so no one creeps in with an adhoc meeting

Goals and reflection:
- Start the day mindfully by prioritizing your (up to 3) most important daily goals and actually get them done
- End your day feeling accomplished and take a minute to reflect if you achieved your goals and track your mood

Stats and insights:
- Understand your work behaviour better. beams detects patterns and gives actionable suggestions across how you use beams and your daily SaaS tools - starting with calendar.
