BearTracks is an enterprise solution for managing office services such as mail, packages, supplies and assets. BearTracks makes these services visible, accountable and trackable. The optional performance management module provides accurate and objective measurements of service levels. BearTracks is used by large enterprises with national or global implementations as well as by smaller organizations.
