Nov 2023 - Now Broke ?

I had a complete collection of these magazines and then around November 2023. It just stopped working, I tried to open up the app and it would blink off and so I deleted the app and reloaded it and it’s still not working. ? Even when it was working, though, it was a little bit annoying, and that very often when I open it up all the covers would be greyed out ! Once the Magazines were open though, It would be fine.
January 2024 : It’s still Broke ! ( ? )

Refuses to register

I purchased an issue, my payment went through, then I was prompted to register with Magzter but after clicking to continue it just freezes at the loading screen. Really disappointing. The app should prompt you to sign up first, then take your money not the other way around.

Broken / No developer response

I had a purchased quite a few of these digital versions of Beautiful Bizarre through the app and even had an annual subscription. A few months ago the app stopped launching with the latest iOS. I’d tried deleting/ reinstalling to no avail. Developers have also been unresponsive to complaints from myself and apparently from others.

The app had a decent user interface back when it worked.
No excuse for the poor customer service and lack of upkeep though.
