Share your salary expectations for a job and discover if they are compatible with the company's salary range without even having to reveal your answers to each other!

The BeCandid mobile app is a mutual salary feedback sharing solution with proven confidentiality that you can really trust. It assesses if the salary that a company has to offer for a job is compatible with the candidate's salary expectations, without revealing any number.

The candidate is invited to enter their salary expectations for a job in the BeCandid mobile app. In parallel, the company is entering in a web application the salary range that they would be willing to pay to the candidate. Both answers are encrypted and confidentially compared (without being decrypted). A salary compatibility assessment is generated and shared with the candidate and the company. A green, orange or red light will mean that the candidate's salary expectations are below, within or above the company salary range.

We currently have two features available in the mobile app:

- BeCandid Lite: our free product dedicated to candidates. As a candidate, you can invite a company to mutually share salary feedback and assess compatibility between your salary expectations and the company salary range without having to reveal any number to each other.

- BeCandid: our tool to receive and manage salary feedback invites sent by companies. As a candidate, you could be invited by a company to mutually share salary feedback through the BeCandid solution. The BeCandid mobile app will be necessary for you to submit your salary expectations, receive salary compatibility assessment and see the history of your received invites.
