Works well

Not sure why so many bad ratings are given, but for us this app works just as expected (and not only since the latest update, but for a couple years now), incl. convenient face recognition login.

This app makes me want to change to another credit union

- Clicking on “funds transfer” now yields completely blank drop down menu boxes. (cannot see bank accounts under “from account” and “to account.”

Prior to the update (big mistake on my part thinking it would improve the app) I could see my accounts and transfer between them. Now… nope. Totally dead in the water.

- Logging in > immediately takes you to an individual account. Click Back (to go to the main menu), aaaand it logs you out. 😟

- Clicking on “Bill Payment” just gives you “Unknown Error.” Boy that’s reassuring.

- Design things, which are small (not like the above where now my accounts are completely hidden) but still showcases the lack of quality control.
- Opening/loading screen is still the same poor resolution photo from when the app was first launched
- The infernal little blue “help” boxes re-appear after closing them and then reopening the app.

This is making me extremely uncomfortable that my entire business’ finances rides on this app and banking system.

Just realized I think the only purpose of the update was to add spammy advertising (“get paid with clover!”). It appears nothing was fixed—no UI improvements to the menu. Nothing.

Clearly they’ve contracted with an outside company to build this app. The BECU personal banking app is awesome. This app? Makes me want to switch my businesses to another credit union.

Not sure what the complaints are about

App works for me just fine. Check deposits, account features, and so on. It appears to be a 1-to-1 representation of the features on the website. It’s not as pretty as the personal app, though. The loading screen is low resolution and that could easily be improved by swapping in a hi res graphic. Haven’t encountered the bugs people have mentioned.
