BEDDI 4+

Like that it allows me to wake up to my playlist but constant issues like won’t connect to Bluetooth. I can deal with that and that problem is usually fixed by unplugging then plugging back in the alarm. However, for the past two days, the app will not allow me to hit the “toggle” button to turn a particular alarm on or off. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still no luck. Alarm was going off this morning and the only way to stop it was by unchecking today because the standard toggle button would not turn off. It just remained on and green. Hoping this is fixed soon because I can’t use an alarm app that won’t allow me to turn it off.

The app is horrible, and it has been getting worse over time. Whoever is programming the app has no idea what they’re doing. The clock alarm is set for 7:30 am every weekday and goes off maybe once a week st that time, often not at all; the second alarm also set for every weekday seems to go off on average 3 days a week.

Over the past 3 months I've had to reload it multiple times. The screen often comes up blank and cannot find the clock even though the phone is right next to it. The clock lacks all functionality without the app.

The app is very user unfriendly. For example you cannot pick your own radio stations but only the ones the app can "find." And it couldn't find any major stations in my area (but those worked fine on my old alarm clock). The light that is supposed to help wake you up is on the backside so it shines away from you and doesn't work as a wake up tool. The colored lights are on the bottom, which only has functionality if you are using it on a glass/lucite or similar surface.

Very frustrating product which is disappointing since their marketing makes the clock sound user friendly and tech forward. Also there is not any good tool for troubleshooting, so good luck figuring it out when problems arise. I wish I'd never invested in BEDDI. Waste of money. I’m tossing it and never buying from this company again.

Update: I went to regular settings and turned on Bluetooth, then still went to my quick control center and clicked the Bluetooth on and off and my phone finally found my BEDDI Product. Changed rating from 3 Stars to 5.

I can Bluetooth connect to the speaker feature, but I can no longer set the time or alarms because when I open the app, it never finds my device. Hopefully it’s a small mess-up that can be fixed because I really do love the product.
