Though the app does what it states, this is not what I was sold. The last version had an app that at least worked and though the remote is better than the previous model it’s frustrating not having an app to use on an updated model. We were also promised Alexa integration and after spending several hundred dollars just for this feature, we’re now told that’s not the case. Don’t sell what you don’t have!

We are a very small team and unfortunately this has taken longer than originally expected and promised and we are sorry for those who purchased for this reason. We will absolutely be releasing the new app version and smart home features this year guaranteed. We will be releasing the Android version within this week and are focusing solely on release of the iOS app within the next couple months. Awful software and app. Truly subpar.

This is a *horribly* outdated app that makes you doubt the quality of the whole BedJet device since the developers apparently can’t even get the software right. The WiFi setup is extremely slow and quite poor, and the update for the physical remote update takes forever. It almost makes you regret buying the BedJet in lieu of a Chilipad. I mean, who has time for this kind of inefficiency? Ugh. Awful, awful software! What’s worse, the company couldn’t be bothered to put manual controls on the device itself, so if you can’t get it connected to Wifi due to the awful software in the app and remote, well too bad for you! You can’t use the device unless it’s connected to Wifi. At least it has a 60 day return policy & free shipping! :-(

Hi Girl4God100, We do apologize for the extended delay in release of these functions and understand the frustration. The BedJet 3 though does not require WiFi to be connected to use the BedJet/remote and can solely be used with the physical remote if preferred.

Waiting (Im)patiently

The app does a good job at setting up the BedJet. So as far as its intended use, it’s acceptable. But for a product designed to bring the bed into the modern age, it definitely is a letdown to not have the option for smartphone based controls. The remote is nice, but not being able to turn on the BedJet remotely via phone from the living room is an aggravation. To warm up the bed, I have to walk to the bedroom, find the remote, turn it on, and then walk back to the living room. Couple this with no Alexa support, and my favorite modern product I own is also my most archaic. Hopefully the app becomes available soon. It was promised late 2019 but had yet to appear.

Unfortunately due to the size of our team and personal issues within our dev team, we have had large delays in this release and apologize to our owners for this. We have released the Android version as of last week and have moved on to focusing solely on the iOS release.
