Sitting here this morning at the airport, trying to create an account. Filled out all the fields on the form, added credit card number, long password. Yet the ‘create account’ button remains greyed out. What a waste of time. Test your app.
Unclear. Double orders too easy to mistakenly order.
There’s no real way to know for sure that you have submitted your order. No clear indication. So I ended up accidentally ordering my meal twice, paying twice, but only getting one of the orders. After you’ve ordered and have made an account, it shows “previous orders.” DO NOT CLICK ON THIS. If you do, it will automatically submit your order again and charge you again. And there’s no clear way to cancel the order. It’s not user friendly at all and is deceptive and extremely unclear. If you get this app, don’t create an account. Maybe that will help avoid the double order problem. But to the developers, please try to make this more clear. I love Beecher’s and I like the option to order ahead since I work at the airport and have short lunch breaks, but I don’t want to be double charged!
Lots to fix, very bad experience
First off, the milk options for coffee: every one says “sub” as a prefix. The default is “no milk”. This goes for lattes and mochas too, which don’t exist without milk. So your odds of ordering these drinks with no milk is high. This happened to me twice.
Also, many items are not available (most pastries/croissants in the front case)
And when you start the app, your last order is right there with a “purchase” button at bottom. You can easily hit this button and accidentally reorder.
Also, the organization at item pickup is a mess. It’s torturing the baristas and lots of confusion.
Please improve! I love the concept and saving the time is great, but man this app needs a lot of improvement.
