I was informed of this app from a police officer after my grandchild came up missing from Houston Tx. I live in Memphis TN and had custody of him until my son went in the Army. His mother was allowed to take him then she took off with him to Houston. The Texas Child protection called me and was asking if I knew where he was and I said no. She told me I needed to find him. There was two investigations going on for abuse and neglect. I went to the police who said they couldn’t put out a Amber Alert due to she have been given custody since my son was in the Army and Tennessee doesn’t have grandparents laws. When I received this app, I used it to see if I could find her. This app gave me enough information that I found them in Mississippi. I was able to call MCP services and inform them of the TCP services. We were able to save my grandson from further harm. He is now in our custody and doing wonderful. This is a great app. I use it in so many ways. I have 3 daughters and every time they go on a date I background check the guy. (My girls would be horrified knowing that) but, you can never be too careful. I also like to use it to check who’s calling me. There are so many scams out there and this can bring up a name linked to a number. The deep web search is a great tool to check on your own info to see if it’s compromised. If you’re looking for someone, this is the app to use! You can find out who owns a certain property, social media sites, emails, relatives and associates, all with address and contact info. So far, almost all of the information I’ve found thru this app has been 100% accurate. I was able to find my friends son who was adopted, in one search. It really is a great app for anyone to use.

I wrote this and received a reply that it might be apple billing me. Nope, AND they gave me an email to send my complaints to & if you read below? I’ve done that SEVERAL times and the emails went ignored and instead of tech support to help figure out why a search couldn’t be successfully completed (and being hung up on when I call or left on hold & not coming back), I eventually received an email deactivating my account. No one ever asked for that. So that’s the level of customer service you offer?
So WHY would I use that email again, for the 50th time, and expect ANY difference today? Don’t you want to keep your paying customers???

This app hasn’t worked for months! I’ve tried calling, emailing, etc., and just get hung up on OR they shout an email back saying they deactivated our account, instead of technical support. THEN they keep charging us for it even though they deactivated. It used to be a good app & desktop, NOW? TOTAL RIP OFFS AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARING OR SERVICE… they can’t get their program to work BUUUT it works just good enough to keep taking $$?!! Well isn’t that convenient
