Perfect Perfect Perfect
I’m 56 and compete in pistol shooting sports. Tendinitis is a common ailment in the sport, and daily stretching and strengthening of the forearms is essential. I do about fifteen 30 second reps per arm. I’m able to do it while driving to work, but counting for 15 minutes isn’t fun. The stopwatch on my iPhone worked pretty well, but I had to keep glancing down at it and it would turn off if I didn’t keep pressing the screen. Once I start this app I can just forget about it and enjoy my drive/stretch. Thanks
Exactly what I needed
I find this app to be perfect. It's simple to use, the notification is just right, and best of all it works in the background so I can use other apps and still get alerted. Recommended.
