So i honestly didnt even know about Kaiperm/Befit credit union until my mom let me know that i had a savings account open with them and that i should obtain complete ownership and open bank with them, they honestly seem somewhat trustworthy and they seem to have their stuff in order as well, as for this app? Too easy. Its literally one button access options and transferring money worked in sinch. Easy to use and easy to access, I recommend downloading this app if you bank with Us.
Shouldn’t have scrapped the whole app
Latest update is trash. Functionality is worse, 1-2 more clicks to perform easy tasks. The last version was easier to navigate and look at. I much preferred the login screen upon launch. The current homepage doesn’t make sense, why would I want to go to the website or apply for a loan? It’s a mobile banking app, I want to check my balance or make transfers. I now need to click twice to activate face/Touch ID, just have that launch from the beginning like other apps (it’s 2019). The “Lock/Unlock” button at the bottom isn’t necessary, implement it better or hide it. God, there’s so much more I hate about this app.
Annoyed with new update.
I don’t mind updating apps from time to time, but when it is a Bank app and you update sometimes it’s easy other times it’s hard.
First problem, it does not save credentials and when you have multiple accounts it can be hard remembering logins and passwords. I’m currently locked out of my accounts as it’s saying the user ids are not a match.
You shouldn’t have to force to update new app to use services. I’ll get over it, but it was a Nuisance this morning.
Still locked out since 5/14 and it’s now 5/25.
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Ready to close my accounts.
