Description
Behavior Status is an application for Parents and Teachers alike. Use it to record the behavior of your child or an entire classroom. Behavior is quickly and easily recoded using the simple Green/Yellow/Red stoplight mechanism currently employed by many schools, daycare providers and parents.
The app maintains a single status entry for each record in the list.

Just what I was looking for!
This is such a great tool for behavior feedback! I’m a child psychologist and I’m always looking for simple tools that parents can stick with. The only thing I wish it could do would be to share an account with other caregivers/ parents, so there can be continuity across caregivers.

It must have been updated but it works. It’s a helpful app
If only the app would open
A fellow teacher of mine showed me this amazing app for observation notes so I paid for this app and it won't open!! They need to fix this soon because it is a very useful app and I don't mind buying it but they need to make sure that the apps you have to pay for actually work.
