Being Me is based on principles from mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. The exercises follow the journaling practices of celebrities, therapists and experts including Oprah, Tim Ferris, Arianna Huffington and many more. Every part of the app is designed to help you be your best self!

The GOALS module is simple. You design goals that are aligned with your life purpose and values. We'll help you check-in and stay on track until they're achieved!

The HABIT tracker makes it easy to stay accountable. Easily track your progress with simple CHARTS and GRAPHS. Reminders make it easy to remember!


We know how important your privacy is. All your data is 100% private to you. We will never sell, share or use it in any way. All your data is always encrypted. Plus, if you want an additional layer of security, add Touch ID or Face ID privacy lock.


Being Me Premium gives you the ability to add unlimited reflections, goals and habits. It is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or auto-renewing yearly subscription.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.

The journal app I've been looking for

I love everything about this app. The interface and organization of the app is awesome. It definitely doesn't feel overwhelming to look at which makes my anxiety happy. The morning - midday - and nighttime check ins/guided entries are perfect. The app encourages you with stars to write a few lines but you can write as little or as much as you want. It helps me pause and remember to take a few minutes to get it all out and reflect. There are different tabs for different entries like venting, moods, stuff you've learned, general notes, and more. The lessons are great too. You can also track goals and habits. It's really more than a journal - it's like an all in one brain organizer! My degree in psychology couldn't even help me this much hahaha! I looooove it so much. I've been searching for awhile for an app that could help me with Journaling, habits, and all around motivation and mental health wellness. This app does ALL of them and more. It's easy to get into Journaling with this app. Very motivating! As an extra extra bonus the support team is AMAZING and they truly care about the folks that use their app. I e-mailed them with a question and I felt like a supportive friend was helping me. I've never wanted to support ANY apps more than this one. Good For SELF

I’ve only had this app for about 20 hours, and I’ve already achieved 4 different journal entries. This app so far, has made me feel more open to taking care of myself. I believe in me more, and I feel like if you’re someone who likes to jot things down. From emotions, to courage, etc. Maybe you just wanna stay organized ? Well I think this is the app that will help organize your very thoughts and if you use it how it’s prompted, it will take you beyond what you knew you could reach. The app doesn’t do it all for you, however it has a lot of assistance to get you in the right direction. THE FREE VERSION IS LIMITED, if you don’t want limits you will have to start ya free trial and continue on from there. Enjoy the app, let it free you from yourself, honestly let it know you.

Love it! Definitely recommend

I, as a middle school student, have a lot of trouble sorting my thoughts, and keeping track of my goals. There's of course room for improvement, and I have a couple ideas.

Sometimes people don't know what their feeling and its hard to sort it out, know what your feeling, and confront the person/situation making you feel this way in a healthy and respectful way. Maybe the app should include emotion quizzes and some way to show people how to respond healthily to their situations.

Also It would be nice if the journal section had a lock. My family members/friends sometimes try to go through my phone. It's an invasion of privacy, especially if it's my mom. She opens all apps besides games. I'll most likely be deleting and reinstalling this app daily because I don't feel comfortable with my mom seeing what is contained inside of my journal entries.

I'm really happy with the app. I haven't had it for long, but almost every time I write, it makes me feel a whole lot better. I love how it's organized. I love that it has a great way to set goals, but I don't receive notifications for them as I should be.

Great suggestions on the app. First off, we want to make sure you are able to lock your entries. If you go to your My Account screen, you can turn on Face ID or Touch ID and the app will lock after you leave for 30 seconds. Only you will be able to access it then. Hopefully that helps you feel comfortable.

Also, great ideas on the emotion quizzes and tips on healthy responses, especially to others. We will definitely work that into the development roadmap.
