The app freezes at every level, then when I restart it skips the last step. It looks like it has potential and looks engaging. I’m a software engineer parent.

ThisIs a wonderful game. Except when you get to a certain level it says connection loss. My Wi-Fi is working fine and they connect into the game is fine. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and it’s still saying the same thing. Is there anyway to fix this? Other than that it’s a great game.The colors are bright and cheery. I would really hate to lose this game.
