I like the shops at legacy’s system for requesting maintenance requests !

I love that I can just submit a simple request at any time, with as much description of the problem as I please.

It seems as though these requests submitted are very convenient and also make the large amount of requests, easy to organize for the different wonderful/skilled maintenance staff, each morning.

You see them diligently going about their way with their tools and all they may need for any maintenance issue in the apartments each day, and they are quick but thorough on each request assigned to them.

I remember that one of my favorite maintenance workers was totally shocked and so humble when I offered him some water !! That was so sweet to me and it goes to show that this staff is used to checking problems off their lists for the residents promptly as they can.

So Far So Good

I use the app to pay rent and it’s much more convenient than having to go online, just made a maintenance request also super easy. So far it hasn’t been glitchy and things are pretty simple and straight forward.

They are so fast

They are so quick. Fix things the next day. They leave a note that it’s fixed. They lock the door behind themselves and they don’t touch anything else. It’s perfect.
