This bank is great for me after experiencing other banks (since 2019). With this bank, I can check my balance securely and also make some transfers between accounts, it automatically transfer from other account (of course same bank) to my checking account if I use over amount on my checking account (because it can not be negative). I had lower interest rate on my loan but, the amount I’ve requested wasn’t approved because of my credit score and they offered me half of the amount I’ve requested. This let me requested the rest of the amount from other banks with high interest rate to get the amount I needed. Although I haven’t enough money on my account, they gave me a loan. The only issue I had with this bank, is when I’ve travelled overseas. They blocked my account when I was trying to make some payments because I didn’t informed them before traveling overseas and it made sense for me (because of security). That’s how I created another account from other bank. So if I get blocked on this bank I can use other one until the issus gets solve. Besides all this, I’ve been scammed 5000$ and I let them know and they refunded me.I highly recommend them. I can’t end without saying this. They save a lot of time. You can do most things online and go physically for final signature (for security reasons).

Updating this review to note that the app has been updated again and now displays vendor information on transactions. With that, I’m back to being happy with the app. I especially appreciate that you can easily find the routing number which my other bank doesn’t seem to have anywhere on their app. Original review:I love Bellco, and until recently loved the app. But after recent updates the app won’t show details on many charges, only the amount and “point of sale withdrawal,” making it hard to track transactions easily. The info shows up on their website, but not in the app, making the app much less useful.

This friendly credit union and I have been working so well together. I have been their customer since 2000. My wife and I have had auto loans, a checking account and of course the primary savings account. we also have a debit card and a credit card. We have been able to simply handle almost all financial needs in one place. The Bellco phone app really makes mobile banking easy and fun to use. I have nothing but praise for the way Bellco has treated me over the years. I highly recommend this business to anyone who likes to feel at ‘home’ with their everyday financial needs. I really like the Manager and team at Bellco in Castle Rock. I suspect they are highly understaffed. We brought our personal and business accounts to Bellco. I am so sorry we did. I used to pay my rent via Zelle. That is not a function that Bellco offers. Their app and website is terrible. I have to go in the branch to transfer payment. The site indicates I can transfer money for payment but the app and iPad don’t allow that. Both my personal and business credit cards were sent to the wrong addresses. It took weeks to get our cards. Also, if you want to do an international wire you can only do that before 11am. This issue caused real issues for me.I have overdraft protection but when a charge came through we were charged an overdraft fee and the money was never taken from our overdraft account.I am very disappointed with Bellco. Changing banks is not easy but we may have to do this again.
