Wow. I'm fat!

I kinda knew I was fat, but yowzers!

The app and device are fun, if you really like measuring things which I do. I don't much care for eating well or exercising, I can get into measuring how fat I am.

It seems accurate, and close to what I've seen with a calipers. The workouts and recipes are great, and the app is useful for that even if you don't use the sensor to measure.

One thing though, Bello is connected to Apple Health but it can't read food data. I prefer to use a different calorie tracker which writes to Health and it'd be great if Bello could read that so I didn't have to manually type calories data into the app.

We understand that measuring your body fat percentage can be a fun and motivating way to track your progress. We are glad to hear that you find the workouts and recipes on our app helpful, even if you don't use the sensor to measure.


Regarding your comment about Bello not being able to read food data from Apple Health, we would like to inform you that at this time, writing Bello app data to the Health app has been temporarily withheld and will resume later this year. As a result, the food data from your preferred calorie tracker will not be available on the Bello app, and you will have to manually enter it into the app.

Visceral Fat Management

I work out and play a lot of sports. I weigh well within the 'overweight' limit, but my doctor diagnosed me with high visceral fat levels in my belly.
I got this visceral fat analyzer because I wanted to check the fat levels more than once a year. I've been using it to measure my levels everyday, and use the diet recos from the app.
Surprisingly, diet recos and some fasting really did work when measureed with Bello.
Looking to incorporate this into my health routine.
Great to be able to have the ability to measure visceral fat which is only accurately measurable by MRI or CT

Helps me see the progress

All my life, no matter how much weight I lose I always had belly fat that would never get flat.

For this reason, I did not want to get a scale that measures body fat (since I already have a scale that I like) so I was searching for something that is for more for the focused area. Some of the reviews I read mentions the app not working properly. However, I saw somewhere they updated the app so I decided to go for it.
Downloading the app and synching it with the Bello device was really easy! ( I am not so great with the electronics)

So far, Bello is helping me to see if my daily excercise I’ve been doing for over a year is making any progress, and it is a great tool to monitor it.
This was actually what I needed. If you have similar concerns when it comes to belly fat, this will help you keep track of progress.
