beMerchant là ứng dụng quản lý đơn hàng dành cho các Đối tác bán hàng của be với hai dịch vụ chính là beFood (giao đồ ăn) & beMart (giao thực phẩm thiết yếu từ siêu thị)
TÍNH NĂNG NỔI BẬT
- Quản lý đơn hàng: Nhận/từ chối đơn hàng, thực hiện đơn hàng và theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng.
- Quản lý menu: Thiết kế menu bằng cách tự tạo món, cập nhật giá bán, hình ảnh món, trạng thái còn/tạm hết món trên thực đơn.
- Quản lý profile: Tự quản lý, điều chỉnh khung giờ hoạt động cũng như trạng thái đóng cửa/mở cửa của quán.
- Quản lý doanh thu và lợi nhuận bán hàng: Xem báo cáo về doanh số bán hàng, số lượng đơn hàng thành công, tổng doanh thu, tổng lợi nhuận… trong khoảng thời gian tùy chọn.

Đơn hàng quán đã xác nhận đã chuẩn bị xong cuối cùng quét k ra tài hệ thống tự huỷ đơn mất mấy trăm nghìn? Và app thiếu rất nhiều: không có lịch sử đơn đã gd
Không xem được doanh thu trong ngày
Gọi hỗ trợ thì lý do ngày nghỉ ngoài giờ làm việc? Thế quán bọn tôi có trả phí cho đơn ngày nghỉ không?
Horrible app
This app doesn’t work. I run it on Android and iOS as backup and both systems fail to notify me when an order comes through. Every order gets canceled and I have no way of knowing unless I flip through the order tabs and check. Customer support, which by the way does not have anyone who speaks english, just says to reinstall the app which is futile. They can’t comprehend that is the reason I run it on two systems to ensure that I get the order. I set the app to automatically pick up the order, but No notifications, no alarm, no anything except a list of cancellations. They blame the iPhone and the Android devices as the problem but the apps are compatible with the app according to Apple and GooglePlay. We show them videos of the app running side by side on the two operating systems and how they are unstable. They don’t accept that it is a problem on their side. They won’t even compensate for my loss of money. Pure trash.
