I am on workout #20... is the 3 weights listed on competition day the expected amount I should be able to max when I get to the end of the program?
Wonderful app, could add more programs for more than 3 days in a week with concentrated workouts for different body parts.
How do I restart from fresh? Please help I’m in day 17 but I don’t know the where the option is to restart thanks in advance

Hello! Thank you for your message! To restart plan you should change you 1RM weight in the settings view. You can increase weight, press "Back" button, select "Restart" option, and after that return you 1RM. Feel free to contact me anytime: firstname.lastname@example.org. Good luck!
