Not enough selection

There is not enough selection in your catalog.
Also I can’t even use the card at Walmart because nothing scans as eligible. Not even bananas. I haven’t been able to use this card outside of this app (which has a terrible selection) except to pay my electric bill. Please update so I can use to buy food and vitamins at Walmart. I live in Webb City and that is the only place in this town where I can buy food and vitamins. I never had these problems with United Healthcare and will probably switch back to them this year, as your extra benefits card is pretty much worthless at the store.

Still not working correctly

Update June 26, 2024: so the scanner on my app is working now. I decided to scan some products. I’ve already purchased with my OTC card, and the scanner told me the products were not eligible. this app is not useful to me if it’s not going to tell me which products are actually eligible.

Previous review: My scanner still won’t work. If I search for a product, then I click on it the Apple freeze, and then if I restart the app, it will crash. There’s not enough of a selection on the app making you have to go to the store, which doesn’t help if the scanner isn’t working I wish I could shop directly on the stores website like we used to be able to do with Walmart online. it was much more convenient for me since I am unable to drive and I need help in the store because I am legally blind. i’ve even tried reaching out to the developer with an email address that I saw that they developer replied with on one of these reviews, but I never got a response. at this point, I’m really irritated with this app Update May 10,2024 I’m going to start adding dates because I posted this review weeks ago and the app isn’t fixed. This isn’t my first post either. I posted a review over a month ago. I’ve called Nations Benefits and they said they put a ticket on for the developer and I also tried emailing the developer again and got no response. I’ve noticed that the developer has replied to some of these reviews but never to mine.

Doesn’t work

For my insurance Freedom, this app is supposed to let me scan a product at the select retailer and it will tell me if it is an approved purchase. Was adopting a pet. The majority of items were said to be approved by the app. If one wasn’t I looked for comparable ones that were. At the register it said $4 was covered. I needed the items, used a credit card and submitted a request for reimbursement. I got a letter saying the items were not covered despite showing the app saying the items were approved. Thank goodness I went ahead and spent the money on other items because I only had a few days or I would lose it. I knew they would deduct it from my next benefit credit if I spent it and then they reimbursed me but was worried they wouldn’t.

Happened to me before when I lost my card. I submitted my receipts & it was denied because even though I had to pay with a credit card while waiting for my new benefits card in order not to lose the benefits they refused because I had the groceries delivered but I wasn’t told that. Since I had to use my own form of payment I didn’t think it would matter if they were delivered for $7. We are old and/or disabled. It is difficult getting to and around the store. Why penalize a person who had to use their own form of payment because it was delivered 1 time because of a lost card and time running out
